Returns and Refunds

Scope

This policy covers orders placed on ventekamerica.com and made-to-order products quoted by Ventek America. Trade, project, and distribution orders are governed by the terms on your quote and any signed agreement.

Returns

You can return diffusers within 20 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and returned in the original product box with all packing inserts and parts, in condition to be sold again. Installed, plastered, painted, or modified items cannot be returned. Gypsum diffusers are finished goods and mark easily, so check each unit in its box before installing any part of the order, and keep the packaging.

Restocking fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to every return that is not a claim. It is calculated on the price you paid for the returned items, after discounts, excluding tax and shipping. For example, returning items you paid $200 for incurs a $30 fee and a $170 refund. You pay return shipping, and we do not refund the original shipping charge.

Refunds

We refund the balance to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the returned goods and they pass inspection.

Made-to-order products

Products we do not hold in stock, currently the LINEO, LINEO PRO and LINEO PRO CONDI ranges and moulages, are made to order and quoted individually. They follow the same return terms above. Made-to-order products cannot be canceled once the factory order has been placed. We confirm this in writing before production begins.

How to start a return

Email info@ventekamerica.com with your order number and the items you want to return.

We will reply with an approved RMA number and the return address.

Write the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it back.

Returns arriving without an RMA number cannot be matched to an order and may be refused.

What cannot be returned?

Demo boxes. Demo boxes are sold as sample material and are not returnable. Items that are not in their original packaging, or that have been installed, plastered, painted, or modified.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect deliveries

A delivery that arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered is a claim, not a return, and is handled separately from the terms above. No restocking fee applies.

Inspect your delivery on arrival. If the packaging is damaged or the delivery is not what you ordered, email info@ventekamerica.com within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the product and the packaging. If you find damage or a defect when you unpack a unit for installation, report it before installing the unit and within 20 days of delivery, with photographs, and keep the packaging. We will replace the item or refund it in full, including shipping, whichever you prefer. Claims cover every product we supply.

Canceling an order

Orders placed through the Ventek America website may be canceled for a full refund at any time before shipment. Email info@ventekamerica.com with your order number.
