Returns and Refunds

Scope

This policy covers orders placed on ventekamerica.com. Trade, project, and distribution orders are governed by the terms on your quote and any signed agreement.

Stocked products

Ventek America stocked diffusers, including the RONDO and KVADRO ranges, can be returned within 20 days of delivery. The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all parts included. Gypsum diffusers are finished goods and mark easily, so inspect a unit before installing any part of the order.

We issue refunds to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the returned goods and they pass inspection. There is no restocking fee. You pay return shipping, and we do not refund the original shipping charge.

How to start a return

• Email info@ventekamerica.com with your order number and the items you want to return.

• We will reply with an approved RMA number and the return address.

• Write the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it back.

Returns arriving without an RMA number cannot be matched to an order and may be refused.

What cannot be returned

Made-to-order products. The LINEO, LINEO PRO and LINEO PRO CONDI ranges, and moulages are manufactured to the dimensions on your order. They are quoted individually and are not sold through the online store. They cannot be returned or exchanged, and cannot be cancelled once the factory order has been placed. We confirm this in writing before production begins.

Demo boxes. Demo boxes are sold as sample material and are not returnable.

Damaged, defective or incorrect deliveries

A delivery that arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered is a claim, not a return, and is handled separately from the terms above.

Inspect your delivery on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email info@ventekamerica.com within 10 business days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the product and the packaging. We will replace the item or refund it in full, including shipping, whichever you prefer. Claims cover every product we supply, including products that are otherwise not returnable.

Cancelling an order

Orders placed through the Ventek America website may be canceled for a full refund at any time before shipment. Email info@ventekamerica.com with your order number.
